Positives: • Breakfast: One of the best aspects of the stay. It was varied, tasty, and well presented. Definitely a highlight. • Cleaning upon request: Some items or services are only provided upon request, but once requested, they are delivered. Negatives: • Baby crib: Completely unsuitable for infants — both in terms of comfort and safety. • General cleanliness: Very poor overall, especially in the rooms and provided items. It leaves a negative impression. • Water heater: Very weak and does not function properly, making it frustrating to use. • Cups: Not usable, as they leak water. • Basic services: Many essential items are not provided unless specifically requested, which is inconvenient for guests. Summary: The overall experience was not fully satisfactory, except for the good breakfast. Many aspects need improvement, especially cleanliness and the availability of basic services. Currently, I would not recommend this place for families with infants.

The 1st apartment we got has plenty of problems that the stove takes about 30mins to just boil the water, curtains don't block the sunlight well, phone and internet didn't work etc... After we talked to the front desk which was very nice to move us to a much better room for the remaining stay. -One-bedroom apartment is very clean but with outdated furniture, bathroom is nice but shower area is very small comparing to the size of 5he toilet, comfortable bed, pillows and blankets. Kitchen has the basic equipment to cook, kettle, coffee machine, blender and toaster but all are old. -Front desk staff and housekeepers are very nice, polite and helpful especially after the strong thunderstorm. -Gym is a plus, big with very new and nice equipment -Swimming pool area is very nice, big terrace seating area with resort type of feeling. -Not much around with some small convenient stores, restaurants and cafes. Supermarkets like Carrefour are far without a car. Airport is about 20-25km away, bus 41 brings you to the Souk and bus 23 to the Bahrain Fort.

The room was very nice, it has two comfy leather seats too along with stools for catering. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the reception desk too. The parking is beside the hotel but it is big. I will definitely come back again. The Bahrini receptionist was very nice and gave me advices too.

Old school large hotel well taken care of. Very friendly and competent staff. Large, comfortable, well equipped room. Lovely large as well as small kiddies pool. Great restaurant and pirate themed bar on the premises.

The location was fantastic, easy to get to, very safe. Staff were absolutely lovely. Room was huge and really good value for money. Really nice comforting stay for our first night in bahrain. Would recommend.
